Life Time Warranty

Greensum India is only responsible for the work directly undertaken and supervised by them or through their authorised dealers Customer should collect a work agreement copy duly signed by the company representative and keep it safe which needs to be presented, along with the warranty certificate to get the services of Greensum India.

Life Time warranty would also not be applicable under the following circumstances:

1. 1. Damage caused due to Natural Calamities or Structural Defects.
2. 2. Poor Quality of Supporting materials & subsequent damages.
3. 3. Alteration of material applied on wall or ceiling.
4. 4. Negligence or purposeful damages.
5. 5. Use of chemical or chemical substance on Gypsum Plastered walls or ceilings.
